I have been disappointed in the lack of speed as represented in the package I purchased.
When purchased, the speed was good. a month later it slowed down... way down!!!
Upon complaint, the signal was manipulated by the technicians to a satisfactory speed, only to have it slow down again.
I am aware of the games that companies such as Hughesnet play with the bandwidth and the speed at the expense and disappointment of their customers.
It is an unethical penny (Bandwidth) pinching Tactic that works against the very basics of good customer service and sales.
I would like to see Hughesnet take the step to end this ugly tactic of corporate greed and actually give their customers the full product and service that they were sold.
